Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also included in this recent document drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and includes a legend detailing different parts of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including layouts for dock shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the current oversight release.
